Living Arroyos

Logo Design Competition Winner!

Living Arroyos is excited to announce that we have a winner for our 2014 logo design competition!  Because one of the program goals is to connect the Tri-Valley community with the nature right in our backyards, the competition was available to Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore high school students.  To our delight, we received a number of great entries.

Enikoe Bihari, a 16-year-old junior at Granada High School in Livermore, created the winning logo.  Enikoe enjoys art and creative writing, and is on the cross country and track teams.  She is also highly involved in the Bay Area Hungarian community and participates with the Hungarian scouts on the weekends.

Enikoe’s design includes a beautifully drawn thriving tree and the water to nourish it, so it really represents the mission of Living Arroyos to renew and enhance urban streams.  Enikoe’s artwork will be displayed on the Living Arroyos website, social media, and t-shirts; she also won $150!  Thank you to all the talented artists who entered the competition, and congratulations to our winner!
